Saint Seiya Gets PlayStation 3 Game This Fall

Announced on the August issue of Shuiesha’s V Jump magazine, Bandai Namco Games will releasing a “cinematic melee action” game called Saint Seiya Senki for the PlayStation 3 console this fall. The story is set in the Hades — Chapter Sanctuary arc of Masami Kurumada’s Saint Seiya mythological fantasy manga and anime as the player faces waves of countless enemies. Aall Saint Seiya characters are featured in that game.

Saint Seiya Senki will mark the 25th anniversary of Kurumada’s 1986-1990 manga and Toei Animation’s subsequent 1986-1989 television anime. Toei had confirmed earlier this year that a new computer-animated film of Saint Seiya has been green-lit.

Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Impact Screens

Namco Bandai has released 11 brand new Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Impact screens! They all feature everybody’s favorite avenger, Sasuke, taking on 4 of the 5 Kages.

Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Impact is an action/fighter under development by CyberConnect 2 for the Sony PSP. It will feature over 20 playable characters, co-op play, boss battles, 1-on-1 fighting, and 1-vs-100 action.

Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Impact is scheduled for release by publisher Namco Bandai Games in Japan, Europe, and North America later this year.
